As part of our Athlete Development Program, we recognize the importance of building coaching skills—not just for our national team but also for the local community and neighboring countries in Asia.

That’s why we’re bringing in Andy Dubois this May. Andy led the coaching of our national team in 2023 and has been a key part of our coaching team as a consultant and supporter. He has coached some of the top runners in Asia and has helped runners of all levels—from beginners to seasoned athletes—finish strong in their ultra races.

The Mile 27 Ultrarunning Coaching Course is focused on delivering evidence based practical knowledge that covers all aspects of coaching trail and ultra runners.

Delivered by Andy DuBois , one of the most respected coaches in the Asia Pacific region with numerous elite athletes from all over the world on his books.

The course focuses more on the practical aspects of coaching whilst still covering  the fundamental  physiological principles underpinning your training prescription.

  • Learn how to create unique periodised training programs for each athlete based on their strengths and weaknesses and the race they are training for.
  • Create comprehensive race plans to maximise the chance of your athlete success
  • Develop an understanding of the psychology of training and racing and how to use that to improve your athletes performance.
