NOTICE OF ELECTION
Philippine Trail Running Association

The Philippine Trail Running Association hereby issues this official Notice of Election to its members.

Who Can Vote

  • Only Patron Members in good standing as of the date of the final election nomination.

Who Can Be Nominated

A candidate for election must meet the following qualifications:

  1. A Patron Member for at least three (3) months prior to the date of election.

  2. Rendered at least ninety-six (96) hours of volunteer service within one (1) year in any Philippine trail running activity or with any PRR race.

  3. Of good moral character.

  4. With at least one (1) year of trail running experience.

  5. Must submit a Resume indicating membership number and a verified list of volunteer hours.  This must be sent via email at info@philtra.ph and philtramemberships@gmail.com

Officers to Be Elected

  • Fifteen (15) Trustees shall be elected to serve as members of the PHILTRA Trustees serving a term of two years.  The trustees must be composed of a minimum of three (3) representatives each from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

  • From among the fifteen (15) officers, the 7-member Executive Board and an Athlete Commission representative will be constituted.

  • The Executive Board shall elect among themselves their respective positions.

Election Timeline

  • Call for Nominations: October 7, 2025

  • Deadline for Submission of Nominations: October 15, 2025

  • Screening and Validation of Nominees: October 15–22, 2025 (online)

  • Publication of Final List of Candidates: October 22, 2025

  • Election Days: October 27–31, 2025

  • Proclamation of Elected Officers: [To be announced]
